Hen Party Organisation—What Comes After Invites, Theme, and Venue Selection,

After you have decided on the invites, theme, and venue, then comes actual guest invitation. It is of the utmost importance that you remember to inform guests of the party theme and venue, something easily done over the phone or via e-mail. Transportation is another important consideration if any of the guests live far away from the chosen party location.

After the bride-to-be has decided on a venue, such as a club or restaurant, you need to book chosen location well in advance. Booking should be top priority as you do not want to disappoint the bride with news that the preferred venue is fully booked. It is recommended that you line-up a minimum three venues, so you do not have to change the party date if any of the venues are full, which can be a huge pain.

If the party is a late afternoon or evening do, the meal should preferably be sit down. No matter the party location or theme, alcohol should be ordered and plenty of it. Give due regard to all guest preferences as we know how picky we girls can be when it comes to drinks.

Decoration arrangements should be checked and re-checked after all other arrangements have been made. Hen party organisation can be a very overwhelming, tedious, and hefty task, so you have to be 100 percent sure that you are up to it. Plenty of help is also absolutely essential. There is no way that you will be able to successfully organise a hen party all by your lonesome.
