Perfect Hen Party Location Ideas

If you are planning a hen party for a well-organised bride, she will, without a doubt, have compiled a short list of possible party locations. However, she most probably will not care where the bash is held as long as it offers tons of fun and meets her endless list of requirements. Spotting and actually getting the perfect location are where your real work starts.

The venue has to be easily accessible without it being a place that the guests have been to dozens of times before. The idea of going to the place needs to be an exciting prospect but not so far away that travel expense to and fro will keep guests from going. It is important that the place you choose is somewhere original whilst still having an element of excitement to it. Steer clear of places that are usually jam-packed with other hen parties as this will result in disappointment and boredom for both the bride and the guests.

If you are party planner for a UK-based party, it is recommended that you start planning at least three months before the actual party date. Should the bride prefer a bash outside the country’s borders, we suggest adding another three months to that. Last-minute party planning is better left for stag party preparations as we girls want to make sure that we only get the best!

At this point, it is absolutely imperative to give due consideration to not only the location, but you must also pay attention to a strict budget. It will be an absolute waste of precious time if you do loads of research on a jam-packed itinerary for a certain location if the expense per person doubles that of what the majority of party goers have as their budget. You do not want finances, or the lack thereof, to spoil all the special fun to be had!
