He had an evil plot from the beginning and was far too suspicious.

He was smart and eloquent. A formidable enemy for Bond.

Okay, a huge alien that spits and oozes nasty goop and wants to eat you after ripping your body apart. Scary.
7. Lex Luther – Superman
He blends in too well to be trusted and you never know what he’s up to. The kind of guy who would stab you in the back.
6. Agent Smith – The Matrix
Too smart for his own good and on a mission greater than himself.
5. Commodious – Gladiator
The best actor in the film, Joaquin Phoenix, made this role his own adding an intensity and internal fear that is hardly ever seen in villains.
4. Darth Vader – Star Wars
He’s menacing and he has dirt on our hero, enough said.
3. Terminator – Terminator
He’s tall, strong and has a lot of ammunition. I wouldn’t get in his way, he might just terminate you.
2. The Shark – Jaws
Can you hear the music, Tons of people are still scared of going into the water.
1. The Joker – The Dark Knight
The most menacing and terrifying villain of all time. He is troubled himself which is rare for a villain and seems to lack any emotion for other people. Health Ledger was golden in this role.
