The Hintlesham Hall Hotel is situated close to Ipswich, in East Suffolk and is rated as four-star by both the AA and the RAC. This is a sixteenth century Grade I listed manor house set in some 175 acres of unspoilt countryside. The hotel offers 33 rooms, ranging in size and décor and guests have access to the onsite health and leisure club, which includes a fully equipped gym, swimming pool and various beauty and holistic treatments.
The hotel’s restaurant has been awarded two AA rosettes and for couples planning a wedding there is a range of menu options for three course, seated dinners to choose from, which should suit most tastes. Extras, such as a sorbet course, can also be added if required. Menus can generally be tailored to suit individual requirements.
Wedding ceremonies for up to 100 guests can be accommodated and exclusive use of the hotel and facilities is available. The hotel’s event planning team are able to assist with organising many aspects of the day, including evening entertainment, floral arrangements and photographers. The tranquil and picturesque gardens provide an ideal backdrop for wedding photographs.
Weekday weddings are subject to special offers and discounts, which include a three-course wedding breakfast, arrival drinks, wine with the meal, sparkling wine for the toast, chocolates, coffee and wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom. Reduced accommodation rates for a number of guests may also be available.
