Masturbation

Human beings have always had an interest in their own bodies and in how certain forms of touching make them feel. From the earliest age, we are explorers of our own bodies. Even toddlers are interested in the various parts of their bodies. This is completely natural.

As we get older, our bodies go through changes and we become more aware of how certain touches may feel or how our bodies respond to certain visual and mental stimulations. Sometimes our bodies may respond when we do not want them to and sometimes we can induce them to respond in certain ways.

Masturbation is one of the ways that we can induce our bodies to respond.
Masturbation is the act of sexually stimulating our own bodies. If the body is stimulated enough, it will eventually reach orgasm. This is also referred to as a climax and is the height of masturbation and sexual stimulation in general. Again, this is perfectly normal behaviour in humans.

The important thing to remember about masturbation is that it is perfectly normal. It is also very private. This is not something we discuss over dinner, but it is something that every adult has in common. It is done in privacy in a situation where there is little or no likelihood of the person’s privacy being invaded. It is important to be discreet and not to impose your masturbation on others.
