Name of Hotel: Hook House Hotel

County: Hampshire

The Hook House Hotel is a Grade II listed seventeenth century manor house situated in the town of Hook. It is a privately owned hotel offering 22 rooms, all en-suite, individually designed and equipped with TV and free high-speed internet access. The rooms available include the bridal suite, with a four poster bed and views of the lawns.

The Georgian Restaurant uses local seasonal produce to create its traditional menu and for couples planning a wedding, drinks and banquet packages can be mixed and matched to suit individual requirements.

Wedding breakfasts of between 50 and 90 guests can be accommodated in the marquee for a seated meal and for an evening reception it is equipped to hold up to 140 guests. Options for both the wedding breakfast and evening reception include a seated meal from three to five courses, hot carvery, fork buffet and barbecues which are available from May to September. Guests always have a choice of two starters and desserts on the day.

The marquee is conveniently sited in the private ‘Walled Garden’ which also provides an ideal backdrop for the wedding photographs.

A directory of local wedding services can be provided if required to assist with choosing a photographer, florist and other essentials of the day. Exclusive use of the hotel is available but wedding guests are given priority when it comes to booking accommodation. Breakfast on the morning after the wedding will be in a private dining room.
