The Beardmore Hotel is close to the city of Glasgow and is the perfect venue to host any style of wedding, with spacious grounds and stunning gardens, it is the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs.
Beardmore Hotel holds a licence for both civil ceremonies and civil partnership ceremonies, and offers the facility to have the ceremony outside during May to September.
Inside the hotel, there are two function rooms nominated for wedding use: the sophisticated and intimate Arcoona Room is suitable for the smaller wedding group, and the Waterhouse Room is ideal for larger parties, up to 150 guests.
For the wedding breakfast, the hotel chefs can cater for up to 120 guests seated, or the same number of guests with a buffet meal. There are a wide variety of food and drink packages available to suit all tastes and budgets; alternatively the catering team, together with the in-house wedding co-ordinators, will be only too happy to create bespoke menus, to give the wedding party a unique experience.
The Beardmore Hotel also offers complimentary services, which are included in the wedding package; the Bridal Suite with champagne breakfast and two queen rooms for the couple’s parents to stay over. Furthermore, couples are invited to visit the hotel for a free sampling meal to try various elements of the menu to ease the choice and make sure the best combination of dishes is selected for guests.
The hotel has 168 bedrooms and 5 suites, all of which are en-suite. Upgraded king size rooms and suites are also available for wedding guests. The hotel boasts superb leisure facilities, including pool, gym and sauna; all of which are open to wedding guests.
