Wedding reception stationery.

Traditionally at wedding receptions, place cards are set at the tables as shown on the seating plan to assist guests in finding their allocated seat. Table cards are often used at the same time so that guests are able to distinguish between the different tables.
As your guests walk into the reception area, they will immediately have the tone of the reception set for them by the ambience and style of the decorations. Place cards, table cards and menus are a unique way in which to stylise your reception. They will reflect your personality and can also be taken home as party souvenirs for your guests as a memento of your beautiful day.
Decide on the style you wish for your stationery: do you want something that will bring a sense of celebration, partying and fun to the day, or something more subdued, perhaps that will reflect your heritage, designs from your ancestry, have special meaning to you and your fiancé, or something simple and delicate,
The more traditional colours are ivory, cream and white, and so splashing out into some vibrant reds, sunny yellows, blushing blue or gentle green, can modernise your stationery and give it a bit of a kick. However, keep in mind that you may not wish your colours to clash with your bridal outfit.
If you are really brave you could perhaps design and create your own stationery, adding some sparkle and shine with glitter or holographic card. Or you could write your guest’s names in beads; pressed miniature flowers could adorn the cards and menus.
