Bodidris Hall

Wrexham

Bodidris Hall offers you the luxury of a recently renovated, fifteenth century Hall, complete with stone mullioned windows and exposed oak beam ceilings. To reach Bodidris Hall you drive down a mile long country road, through pastures, past sheep and pheasants, woods and a duck pond, taking you on a magical trip to an idyllic location.

This is the perfect venue for a small compact gathering, as the hotel has just nine bedrooms, all decorated to complement the 600 year history of the building.

Celebrate your wedding or civil ceremony in the candlelit wedding suite and they enjoy the day’s festivities in the Baronial Hall, surrounded by all the classic trappings you would expect of a historic building such as Bodidris Hall. There is a resident wedding co-ordinator who will guide and advise your wedding plans, while the first class kitchen staff will be happy to meet your specific dining requirements. Alternatively you can choose from four standard menus, which have been created to suit all tastes and pockets.

Despite its country location, the area is a very popular tourist destination and there are a number of first class hotels and guesthouses nearby to accommodate any additional guests. For entertainment, your party can visit North Wales’s only city, Wrexham and there is also a local health centre and spa, as well as the nearby towns of Chester, Ruthin and Llangollen.

Bodidris Hall is located in the countryside halfway between Ruthin and Wrexham, just off the A5104. The nearest railway station is at Cefn-y-Bedd, some 7 miles away.
