Latimer Place

Buckinghamshire

Latimer Place is a manor house dating back to the nineteenth century, though a manor has occupied the site since the twelfth century. Situated in the heart of the Chiltern countryside, the hotel is set in 30 acres of gardens and parkland. Its 198 rooms are all equipped with TV and wireless internet access. Guests can make use of the on-site leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool, gym, sauna and croquet lawn.

The restaurant’s menu consists largely of traditional dishes and those planning a wedding can choose from a wide range of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and bespoke menus can be created to individual tastes. Extra courses such as a sorbet or cheese course can be added to the wedding breakfast and there are a range of buffets on offer for an evening reception.

Celebrations for up to 200 people can be accommodated though minimum numbers will apply on certain days and at certain times of year. The hotel has a wedding co-ordinator who is able to assist with the organisation of the day and the hotel will include items such as table linen, reduced accommodation rates for guests, complimentary accommodation and champagne for the bride and groom as part of the wedding package.

Drinks packages on offer are arrival drinks; wine with the meal; champagne for the toast and couples will receive a free one-week pass to the hotel’s leisure facilities prior to the wedding.
